Assistant Kitchen Manager

Assistant kitchen manager will perform all duties in a full-service kitchen. All facets of the kitchen including cooking, prep work, cleaning and delegating work to other team members. Assisting with scheduling and ordering on a weekly basis. Also, have the ability to perform maintenance projects to keep the business running flawlessly.

This position requires 12 months kitchen experience. The candidates selected will be required to work a minimum of 48 hours per week. The job position is temporary, May through October. The right candidate will be paid $22.56 per hour plus overtime. On the job training is provided, housing is available, $80-$125 per week housing options, which can be directly withdrawn from weekly check.

Transportation (including meals) to the place of employment will be provided if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.
